Cleaning Management Program

Our intention at Pinnacle is to provide a fully workable, well-supervised cleaning services to ensure that you receive a quality program with exceptional management and supervision. To make this intent a reality, our plan is to provide the following…

A) In depth management and administrative support from our office. This support will include all personnel work, workload analysis, work method study and periodic quality inspections.

B) Regular management support from an experienced area manager. The area manager will make regular inspections of your facility for the purpose of program evaluation, and liaison with you or your representative.

C) A trained and qualified supervisor to handle day-to-day operations of the cleaning program, whose duties will include:

1) Continual supervision over the work force,

2) Regular quality inspections,

3) Handle all special requests.

D) A system will be incorporated in the facility to provide a same day correction, should a request be made by you. This information shall be entered in a ledger, signed off and dated upon completion. A strict record will be maintained at all times.
